“The surprise was that there is direct access to Bangla) My room was right next to it (469). Music can be heard at night, but no bass. Personally, it didn't bother me to sleep. And here it is important in which wing or main building the number is, somewhere the music is not heard at all. The room was great, spacious. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. All accessories were available (products, soap, toothbrushes and paste, razor, cotton buds, shower caps). The drains worked perfectly, no water stagnated anywhere. The pressure of water (including hot) is powerful, beyond praise, without interruption) The condo was regulated to your heart's content, a special plus that it was not directed to the bed. Sleeping was most comfortable. The balcony is huge, there is a table, chairs, and a clothes dryer.

There is a big TV in the room, but there were no Russian channels (I don’t watch TV, I clicked, it didn’t seem to be there). Safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, umbrella. Everything is there)) At every exit from the hotel there is 7/11, Central Patong is right around the corner, opposite the Jungceylon Shopping Center (it has a huge BigC store 2 floors a la Auchan). The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance. There is parking. The room had its own router, the Internet flew) You can safely watch online, download any amount of information without brakes. In general, above expectations, absolutely nothing overshadowed my vacation))”

“Absolutely loved our 10 days spent at Patong Resort. Walking distance to everything like Sweets Restaurant just cut through the lane way from main Foyer just follow the sign that points to beach and it’s half way up lane turn right and your there, Number 6 Restaurant follower the shortcut sign that points to Bangla Road near the Pavarotti Restaurant entrance once getting to Bangla road turn right then left at main road and it’s up on the left hand side a little bit after Oscars Bar which is great to have a drink at too, Bangla Road, Jungceylon Shopping Centre, Otop Market and Mini Mart right on the corner of the driveway to the resort. The pool was amazing, we ate at Pavarotti's Italian Restaurant by the garden poolside several times which was awesome and Dinner at The RoofTop SteakHouse. Breakfast was really good with egg station, juices and cereals.”

“I liked everything about this place. I stayed on two separate occasions because I waited too long to rebook and stayed elsewhere until it was free again. I will never forget my time there. The staff was amazingly friendly and everything was so clean. Having security was an added bonus as well. The location, perfect! One roadway takes you to the beach, one to Bangla Road and another to a main roadway where you can find a 7/11 or supplies for your trip. The spa inside the resort was amazing too, and of great value. If I could stay there forever I would. Loved my time here.”

“5 of us stayed here for 2 weeks and couldn't have chosen a better hotel. We were all upgraded to Premium Deluxe, perfect rooms overlooking the pool. Reception staff were wonderful, the Pool Bar staff were great fun and very polite, Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless. In fact all the staff were outstanding...... The Hotel is so close to the Beach,Bangla street and shopping areas, ....... We had breakfast included with our stay and I must say there was something for everyone, Egg station guys are great and helpful....... The hotel has great security on all entry points so you are very safe. ...If I could give this hotel a 10 I would ..... “Doing a mini road trip around Southern Thailand and popping into Patong, after driving around for 30-40 mins to find an area with Hotels open, we luckily found Patong Resort. What a gem, close to all amenities, the staff were excellent and all very excited to welcome us, we were the only guests in this huge complex. Staying in room 461 overlooking the pool, the room has everything you need. They even gave us COVID packs, a small bag containing hand sanitizer and masks. So please if you're looking for a place to relax during this time, please support this resort, it's worth it.”

It has basically everything you could ask for, Location (2-minute walk to shopping, beach, restaurants, dentist, Bangla Road, serious nightlife entertainment), Extra-large amenities, Two Magnificent Pools, Booking for day trips on site. Great Buffet breakfast, Restaurant, WIFI. Management and staff are seriously accommodating in every aspect in the Thai tradition, recognized worldwide. My wife and I (Aussies) have been coming for 15 years and have made great friends with people internationally, who have been repeat stays for years which to us says it all. Our last stay was on August 22 and it was good to see the Resort open and back to business.

This Hotel is one of the best in Patong. Stayed here over the last 17yrs+ and loved it every time. Its close to: Patong beach 5min walk, Restaurants 2min walk, Bangla Rd 3min walk, Massage 2 min walk., The hotel has: 2 swimming pools, 3 Bars
2 restaurant both great food. Fitness Center ( above Pavarotti’s Restaurant). An array of accommodation from standard to luxury, high rise and garden 2 storey units. Great Breakfast Buffet, friendly staff and beautiful green garden settings.

All guest rooms are well appointed and have private bathrooms and toiletries provided. The hotel lies in the middle of all the action that Patong offers, yet you don't know it's there. An oasis in the middle of a busy City. Very Clean and comfortable with fantastic staff that always have a smile. Cocktails by the pool or even a lunch snack. Easy access to the swimming pools with stairs as well as ladders. Approx 40min from Phuket International Airport a taxi will cost you approx THB800. I can't fault this Hotel and will continue to stay there each time I travel to Patong. I just love it and you will too.

Obviously, the hotel is super near to Patong beach, Bangla road, night market and Junceylon. Full score on location. I booked the room at a very very good price. I like their fitness center. Breakfast was just fine, nothing to shout about. The resort hotel has many pools but I didn't use them. This hotel should be your first consideration if you're coming to Patong. It will be for me.

“Excellent location, there's a shortcut to the beach if you don't want to walk the streets, so if you look at google maps you can walk through Patong Tower. 7/11 is right at the entrance to the hotel, in case you need anything. Very friendly staff.”
